Right now, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department in London.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will be responsible for connecting the company's human resources (HR) strategies with the overall business goals. This role involves advising managers and leaders on how to manage employees effectively, improve workplace culture, and help the company grow. HRBPs support various HR tasks, including hiring, employee development, performance reviews, and handling workplace issues. They ensure that the company's HR policies and practices are legal, fair, and support both the employees and the business's needs.

Here's what the team will be looking for

We are looking for candidates with experience as an HR Business Partner in fast paced, change orientated environment including experience of leading business change and TUPE. You will have at least 5-7 years HR Business Partnering or HR Manager experience and be Fully CIPD qualified, ideally Level 7. You will have proven ability to build successful relationships with key stakeholders enabling debate, discussion and challenge as appropriate. Excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as excellent knowledge of employment law are required. 
Significant proven experience and knowledge of TUPE, restructuring, change management and consultation process including redundancy are also desirable for this role.


Please note this is a fixed term contract until 30th September 2025
