Right now, we are looking for a Employment Pathways & Development Lead to play a pivotal role in our Client Service Delivery in the City of London.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

The Employment Pathways Development Lead is responsible for driving the development and integration of employment support pathways across Hestia services. The role involves working closely with operational teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure employment is embedded within support planning and recovery conversations, improving access to employment opportunities for service users. The postholder will lead staff engagement activities, strengthen partnerships across the organisation, monitor referral activity and outcomes, analyse performance data, and use learning and feedback to inform service improvements and future strategic development.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

The ideal candidate will have experience in service development, organisational change, partnership working, and project delivery, particularly within employment support, health, social care, mental health, or related sectors. They will possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside the ability to analyse data, influence practice, and drive improvement. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to person-centred approaches, equality and inclusion, and improving employment outcomes for people facing barriers and disadvantage.
