Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a HR Systems & Data Administrator to play a pivotal role in our HR Team.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

In this role, you will support the effective management of Hestia's HR systems and people data, ensuring organisational structures, jobs, posts and reporting lines are accurately maintained within ResourceLink. Working closely with HR colleagues and HR Business Partners, you will provide high-quality workforce information to support organisational change and business needs.

You will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of people data through regular audits, reporting and data quality improvements. The role will also involve producing HR reports, supporting the administration and development of ResourceLink, and helping to implement more efficient processes, workflows and automation across the HR function.

You will play an important part in providing workforce insights, supporting managers and HR colleagues with organisational structure information, and ensuring all data is managed in line with data protection requirements and organisational policies.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be a proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively, while handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

You will bring previous HR administration experience within a fast-paced environment, along with experience of using HR systems and producing reports from workforce data. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Experience of SQL and Microsoft automation tools, such as Power Automate, would be advantageous.
