Right now, we are looking for a Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Rehabilitation & Recovery Service in Wandsworth.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality support and interventions to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. You will work closely with clients during their stay to help de-escalate the crisis and support them in developing strategies to prevent future episodes. A key part of the role involves liaising with statutory and voluntary sector mental health services to ensure coordinated, multi-agency support tailored to each client's needs. All support and interventions will be delivered in line with the organisation's values, promoting recovery, co-production, and person-centred care, and will adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. Here's what the team will be looking for
You will need to have experience diagnosed with mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues and crisis management in a dignified and respectful manner. You should have knowledge of relevant mental health legislation and used to working with co-ordinated service providers providing a job up supportive approach.
You will need to be skilled in safeguarding and willing to get involved in most things to support our service users and provide an empowering service.
